Channeling is when we get out of the way and allow spirit to flow through us. We still exist, but are serving more as a conduit for spirit to manifest in the 3D reality more than anything. Many authors, painters, musicians, etc. all channel by 'getting in the zone'. You do too when you connect with spirit. Learn to begin to do this on your own with 1 on 1 session guided by Trey.
